carputer v4.0 shortly after relocating the monitor in
v3.0, the touchscreen decided to stop working. i bought a replacement panel,
but it was cracked when it arrived. i tried to get an RMA on it, but could
not get in contact with the seller. rather than waste my time with that, i
just decided to get a brand new monitor. i went with the latest Lilliput
model and i'm glad i did. it seems to be an improvement over the previous
model... the screen is brighter, touchscreen is more receptive, shape and
color are more aesthetic. in addition to the new monitor, i switched the frontend
software to Mobile
Impact and upgraded the GPS navigation software to iGuidance.
